Running is personal.

I used to sprint at younger age.

Raced to win.

Most of the times, I won or finished top.

100m, 200m, 800m, 1.6k, 3k…etc.

I was explosive,

I ran to impress.

But now, after numerous injuries, I have to change my approach.

Run with pace / peace / purposes.

Sustainably.

Finding that balance in every run,

to make it special and different,

is an art.

Breathes, arm swing, legs, feet, steps, and forms.

Move like an artist,

create your own piece of art.

2024 –

I run a lot.

Run to sweat, to forget, to track, and to see things.

I love seeing things,

passing by in front of my eyes.

A bit like city walk, but with faster pace.

I love speed.

Speeding is fun.

Thank god Strava makes documenting running a lot of fun.

It becomes more efficient & precise each time.

Find & unleash that passion & precision & purpose with each run.

Health is wealth.

Keep your body honest.

Stop racing for others,

Start running for yourself.

Onward.

Inspired by my friend that works out daily for the past five years, I started to implement that into my schedule. And…Bali trip became a booth camp. At least I wear shoes this time. The sand was hot.

Plumeria, one of my favorites.

Bali tradition, with serenity.
